This used to be one of my favorite podcasts. It’s almost unlistenable at this point. Nothing but disruptive ads in the middle of the conversation. It absolutely ruins the listen. This has become a trend that I’m sure sponsors are pushing on all podcasters to prevent skipping when they are all at the beginning or end. Corporate money has taken over and podcasts are quickly becoming just another branch of mainstream media.
